Our unwanted returns policy

Public Customers

Our simple returns policy is designed to allow you to shop with peace of mind.   
As a member of the public you can return unwanted products so long as you inform us within 14 days of receiving the order.  You will be provided a returns order number which must be prominently displayed on the goods when you return them as goods will not be accepted for return without a returns order number.  You then need to ship the goods back to us, at your expense, to arrive within 30 days of your original receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a refund the products need to be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging - so please ensure these conditions are met before proceeding. Once we receive the goods we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund, excluding the original cost of delivery.  Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Please note: you cannot return non-standard, made-to-order or special order products.

Trade Customers

As a trade customer you have agreed to our B2B terms, and as such returns will be subject to a minimum handling charge of 25%, dependant upon manufacturer. You need to inform us within 3 days of receipt of the goods we will initiate a returns order process.
