You have the right to cancel an order, and you can do so by telephone, or emailing us at
support@thelightsource.co.uk. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible so as to catch the goods before they are dispatched, or manufacturing commences.
Please note if an item is made-to-order or customised in any way then you need to act fact to ensure this process has not started as we cannot refund made-to-order products once they are in progress.
