How long does delivery take?
Orders taken via our website are normally processed within an hour or two of receipt during working hours. However, we source products from all around Europe, so delivery times vary per order and in some cases can be longer than a 30 day lead time. This is due to the nature of the products supplied. If concerned about delivery time please contact sales before placing your order.
We will email you within two working days to confirm the delivery time of your order, at which point if you are not happy you can cancel the order or substitute products in an effort to achieve a better delivery time. Any changes in delivery times will be sent to you by email with a new anticipated date of delivery. Delivery times may differ slightly for large items or multiple orders. We will inform you immediately should your item not be in stock. Alternative options include placing the product on backorder, sourcing a similar product of the same value and style or canceling your order.
We are always working on ways in which we can provide you with the most up to date stock information on our website. With regard to expected delivery times, we will do our utmost at every stage to keep you informed of any changes.
