What are your delivery charges?

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address. At the moment there is free* delivery for UK and Ireland orders over £100 or €125 (excluding Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands (Jersey, Guernsey etc). Below this order level the charge will be £10.00 or €12.50 (inc VAT).

The delivery charge will always be clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming your order. You can also see the shipping charge when you view your basket. In the 'Order Summary' section is a drop-down menu, selecting your country from this list will automatically update the total value of your order.

In particular respect of shipping charges for both domestic and international orders, the pricing displayed  on screen is indicative only. We reserve the right to contact you to request a payment in addition to the shipping charges over the total indicated on screen at the time of purchase either via the website or upon the receipt of any subsequent email confirmation which is generated automatically by our system. Only after your acceptance and payment of any additional amount will we accept the order and process it for fulfilment. We only ever charge the amount required to cover the shipment of the order. We will also offer you the option to cancel the order for a refund of your deferred payment if you decide not to accept the additional charge. This applies to both public and trade level accounts.

If you cannot find your country in the list, please contact our customer support team who will arrange an alternative shipping method.

Trade Level Customers will be charged shipping on a per order basis and are not eligible for free shipping. This is due to the fact they are benefiting from significant trade discounts. Shipping will be quoted via email after the order is placed. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order if it is not acceptable. Our policy is to pass on shipping charges at cost.

Non UK & Ireland Customers are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping will be quoted via email after the order is placed. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order if it is not acceptable. Our policy is to pass on shipping charges at cost.

The Scottish Highlands and all offshore islands will incur a surcharge; we apologise but this is a cost which we pass directly on to you from our shipping partners.
