What evidence do you require for a trade account?
We will accept that you represent the business you say you do if:
Your email address includes the name or nature of your business
You can point us to your business website or trade website and that site confirms your credentials. In this case we will determine your name from your email address or valid id.
The business you work for emails us from a work email address with confirmation that you are acting on behalf of the business.
NOTE: You do not have to be a limited company, but if you are a sole trader/partnership you do have to have shown a minimum level of effort in establishing yourself as a business. We will accept business cards or a web presence as evidence.
