Your goods arrived damaged

In the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us photographs of the damage and the packing to support@thelightsource.co.uk.  Without this information we cannot properly investigate the issue.

We will be happy to arrange collection of any damaged or faulty goods. Once the goods have been received back by us and inspected we will arrange, at our expense, a replacement product. 

Please note we can only supply replacement products via standard delivery methods - if you need the order express delivered then you will need to cover the difference in cost.
